I though "gin" wa to eat but this course says this course to thann.??? gin or thann?
Hello JoS,
Thanks again for your comment. For your question, yes หาร pronounced as "hǎan". Thai alphabet has different sound for initial and ending sound in a syllable. "ร" make the "r" sound as the initial consonant but make the "n" sound at the end of a syllable. Hope that helps.
Wishing you a great day.

Hello Trevor,
Thank you very much for your comment. For your question, "Thaan" is more polite but "gin" is fine to talk to someone you know in less formal situation.
Have a good day.

The pdf also contains the incorrect spelling...
Hi Ron Gray,
Thank you for letting us know, we fixed it already.
The romanization of "รสชาติดีมาก" is "rot-chaat dii mâak".
Have a nice day.
Jing / ThaiPod101.com
รสชาติดีมาก in the vocabulary section is translated incorrectly. Rot chat di mak is closer I believe.
