To add on top of Holly's comment, if I understand correctly the split in four groups is justified at the very beginning, while สี่แถว at the end corresponds to the request to arrange tables after the meeting has ended. I hope I do understand well.

So close! I heard สี่แถว and thought it was the top right one. I didn't notice that one other image also had สี่แถว!
I think I'll go back to intermediate for a while to brush up on my listening skills :-P
