I don't know how a Company can operate like this.
I signed up after so much high pressure sales and immediately there was an error after
paying with Paypal.
So it was for the Thai course but they gave me to contacus@japanpod101 or something like that,
the username and password did not work.
I put in for a request for the info and it was all off the wall
and i never saw it before.
After writing both oonstactus address I did not get a reply at all.
So I canceled my subscription with Paypal.
Then I find out that was for renewals.
Ok I wanted to only pay monthly and they charged me for two years in advance
with auto payment unless canceled.
Money back guarantee within sixty days, so I wrote to those addresses my complaints and to cancel and give me refund
still another day goes by with no response.
This is not the kind of people that I want to deal with .
Maybe i am just unlucky and they are a great company and I am the screw up here
but back home before i retired it was the customer is always right and
to have decent customer service and not keep customers that have paid waiting for days for a response
but maybe those days have gone and passed eh?
So for anyone looking for a decent company that cares
beware.
