Should a newbie memorize vocab words after each mini lesson?

I just started the introduction and was wondering what other people did with regard to the vocab words. Since there are a lot of example words used in the simple lessons regarding sentence structure, etc, do most people learn the vocab words now? Or wait until they have a better understanding of pronunciation, etc? Thanks for the help!

Thank you very much for your comment and question. You can wait a little bit or used Thai to English dictionary to help. Put the whole Thai sentence in there and the dictionary will separate them in to words and give meaning of all different words. Hope that's help. Please let me know if you have any future questions.
